At A Cup of Nostalgia, every piece is made with deep love and intention. Because of the care and uniqueness involved, we follow a very limited return and refund policy, outlined clearly below:

💔 Returns — Only for Damaged Items

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged in transit. We will NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind

Delays caused by the courier

Minor imperfections or color differences

Items that are not damaged or defective

⏳ Return Window

To be eligible, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item

Your order number

The packaging intact

We will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.

📸 Pre-Packing Assurance

Before dispatch, we take a photo of your product to confirm it was sent in perfect condition. This will be shared with you — a small promise from our side to be transparent and fair.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

We do not offer prepaid return labels.

🔁 Restocking Fee
If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.

 

🚫 Final Sale Items

Some of our collections or products are marked as Final Sale — these cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
